A cave made of salt in Paris

A surprising place has opened in Paris, called Cristal Zen It. It's a relaxing and wellness place. Their main attraction is the halotherapy.

Just like me, you probably don't know what it is: Halotherapy uses dry aerosol salt particles to replicate the reported therapeutic benefits of speleotherapy . Speleotherapy has been practiced in mines of Eastern Europe for over 150 years. Patients with asthma, chronic bronchitis, and other respiratory diseases spend days or weeks in the mines breathing the salt air and benefitting from other aspects of the mines' microclimate as well.
Surprising hu?

This cave is a unique concept in France. Here is how it works: you enter a cave with 7 other people, sit comfortably on a chair, a pleasant music plays. No need to take your clothes off, just breath deeply and relax.

So do you feel ready know to enjoy 30 minutes in a cave full of salt?!
