Hotel of the Week: Hotel Saint Paul Rive Gauche

In the Latin Quarter, the very heart of Paris, between Saint-Germain des Prés, the Sorbonne, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Saint-Sulpice Church and the Luxembourg gardens, Hotel Saint-Paul is a charming 17th Century residence. Its oak beams and stone walls combined with antique furniture provide a warm and welcoming family-like atmosphere with a touch of luxury. Franciscan monks lived here in the past…

A tasty breakfast buffet is served in a 17th Century barrel-vaulted cellar with an original well. In the little flowered patio, a piece of King Philippe- Auguste’s wall has remained since the 13th century.
